This book is a quick-paced, witty, fun filled book that guarantees loud, rather inappropriate laughs! This was the first time I heard of James Hadley Chase as my father recommended the book to me.
The book has aspects of black magic, romance, comedy and many failed stratergies, that leave you a little agitated at first.
It’s an inexpensive book and totally worth every paisa (cent) that you pay for it.
I loved the character and their distinct personalities. The ease of narrative depends on the person as a few lines are typical expressions of the older days and may take a little time to understand.
The story is very well written with the right explanation and right amount of twists and turns. It’s a simple and effective book that makes for an amazing read.
All you newcomers there, should definitely get this book, if you haven’t already!
